    • How can I change the username field of a user?
      You cannot edit the username field, but the following steps will help you to change the username.
    • How can I rename a custom field?
      You can do this either of the following:

      You can edit this in modules/HelpDesk/Save.php
    • How to increase the number of records shown in List View?
      In all modules, List View will show a maximum of 20 records by default. To change the number of records shown, go to config.inc.php and search for "$list_max_entries_per_page". Change the default value from 20 to the number you want. This change applies to all the modules of My Customers.
    • How can I download on demand payment or refund receipt?
      Login to your account > In the top header Settings Icon -> Billing -> Billing & Payments - Payment History. You can download the Receipt clicking on the green icon.
    • How can i send email from our company email account instead of CRM’s mail account?
      By default, the emails are sent through CRM’s mail relay server. To send emails from your company account, you will need to have the details of the SMTP account you want to use to send the emails. You can configure these settings under Settings Icon > CRM Settings > Outgoing Server settings
    • How to increase the number of records shown in List View in Ondemand?
      In all modules, List View will show a maximum of 20 records by default. To change the number of records shown, go to Settings Icon > CRM Settings > Configuration Editor and change Max. entries per page in listview .The range is from 1-100.
    • How I can disable Report module for some users?
      You can do this by disabling Reports module in the profile level.
    • While creating Invoice I tried to select Product but pop up is showing no Products found ?
      Check the Active field in Product records,If it is saying no then edit the records and make it yes.
    • How can I share calendar events with other users?
      Select a calendar event and edit it to make it public. This will let all users see this particular event.
    • How can I import data from excel file into Cloud CRM?
      You can import data from CSV files into Cloud CRM. Please save your excel sheet in CSV format and import the data using import option available in Cloud CRM.
    • How do I convert Lead or Potential to Account?
      Click on the 'Convert Lead' link on the right side of the leads details view page
    • How can I see a custom field in list view?
      You can do this by creating a filter.
    • How can I attach a file to a contact, lead or potential?
      You can add a document or select a document in the more Information tab of the record.
    • How can I attach incoming and outgoing emails to the proper account or contact?
      If you want to attach a mail to a contact, use the incoming mail server. Set the incoming mail server with your mail id and qualify the mail
    • While sending mail from CRM it is coming to the inbox of the sender ?
      For every mail sent from CRM , a copy of the mail will go to the email id of the of the sender.
    • How to send Bulk SMSs?
      - To send SMS in bulk, go to the list view of Leads, Contacts, or Organizations, Select the desired number of records and click on Send SMS button. -> When you click the button it will show all the phone fields available for that module.You can select the field to which you want to send SMS and click on Select button. ( The phone number should be a 12 digit number in the format +(country code)(10 digit mobile number) For ex:+919945225412) - This will now open a compose window block to type in your message. Click on Send to send the message.
